This scope of work included a website redesign, and brand amplification through e-newsletters, weekly flash sales, and social media campaigns. Supported in tradeshow planning, liasing with retail reps and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
The website revamp included a comprehensive audit, content re-writing, product reshoots and liaising with external agencies. The re-design resulted in an efficient e-commerce experience, including a faster checkout process, a 62% decrease in “Pending Payments,” and a conversion rate increase from 2.25% to 2.69%.
